Finished my tourer build around a 2009 Salsa Casseroll frame. I'm still getting to know her, but she is pretty damn smooth. Knobbies with caliper brakes are awesome, fuck cantis. 2013 Veloce is great (except one gear at a time shifting up). Wheels are Khamsins, saddle is a Brooks C17, Ritchey Classic stem/bars/seatpost, Hope headset, Tektro long-reach brakes.
Don't mind the steer tube; I'll cut it further when I find out how much drop I want while fully loaded and going up and down alps.
